He has been mayor in Lower Austria for many years and has completed his legal studies at the University of Vienna in the year 2003. Only one year later, he made his PhD in legal studies likewise at the University of Vienna, passing with merit. In the year 2006, Dr. Raimund Binder, LL.M. (Vienna) took the course „Canon Law“ at the University of Vienna, which he completed with the title of an LL.M.. With his experiences, Dr. Raimund Binder, LL.M.
